の各半体部を互いに閉合させる方向に常に附勢す
るばねを装着し、各リング取付部材の内側面端部
に両方のリング取付部材の内側面が互いに当接し
た状態で断面が略楕円形に合成される溝を端面に
開口するように夫々設け、上記の合成した溝に嵌
入可能な略楕円形断面軸部を有するカムレバーを
回動自在にその略楕円形断面軸部をリング取付部
材の溝に嵌入させて装着したことを特徴とするリ
