Printing machines that use a printing hammer to print type on a printed card can be roughly divided into two types: those that use a tape-shaped printing ribbon interposed between the type and the printed card, and those that use an ink roller. There are two types of printers that print by inserting a printing card after applying ink to the typeface. The former printer, which uses a printing ribbon, has a complicated ribbon feeding mechanism and reversing mechanism, and is difficult to manufacture. On the other hand, printing machines using ink rollers have the advantage that they are very simple in structure and can be manufactured at low cost.

However, since printing machines using ink rollers print by applying ink directly to the typeface, when inserting or removing a printed card, the lowermost edge of the printed card may be affected by the ink-coated type. If you try to solve the above problem by separating the printing card insertion path from the printing surface, it is necessary to make the printing force (engraving force) of the printing hammer quite strong. This caused problems such as failures due to vibration and printing noise. In addition, when applying ink with an ink roller, the ink is also applied to the type located above and below the type set at the printing position, so if the spacing between the type on the type ring is not widened,
There was also a problem where other characters were printed above and below the printed characters.

Since the present invention has the configuration as described above, when the printing card 10 is inserted into the device of the present invention which is currently in the state shown in FIG. Then, the entire support arm 2 is rotated downward as shown in Fig. 2 while stretching the return spring 5, and during this rotation process, the ink roller 7 comes into contact with the type surface set at the printing position and applies ink. do. Also, when the guide disk 8 is rotated downward as described above, this guide disk 8
The dirt prevention plate 16 placed above is also rotated downwards around the mounting shaft 15 of the rotating arm 14, and is then stopped by a stopper 17 as shown in FIG. The type surface immediately after being coated with ink is covered to prevent the inserted printed card 10 from coming into contact with the type surface. When the printed card 10 is inserted further from the state shown in FIG. 2, the card receiving lever 11 provided below
receives the lower end of the printing card 10 and determines the printing stage, and furthermore, an operating mechanism works to direct the printing hammer 1 toward the ink-coated printing surface that is visible in the printing hole 16' of the stain prevention plate 16 to print. Activate it,
Predetermined characters can be stamped in a predetermined field of the print card 10.

Therefore, according to the stain prevention device of the present invention, the stain prevention plate covers the type surface coated with ink by the ink roller during printing, that is, when inserting the print card, so that the print card insertion path is protected from the print surface. Even if it is placed close to the surface, there is no need to worry about the printed card coming into contact with the typed surface when it is inserted or pulled out and get dirty. Also, since the printed card and the typed surface can be placed close to each other, the printing force of the printing hammer can be maximized. This design simplifies the operating mechanism and prevents printing noise, and the low printing force minimizes distortion of the printed card during printing, resulting in stable printing clarity. It can also take advantage of the following advantages.

In addition, according to the present invention, since the structure is such that only the characters that are visible through the printing holes drilled in the stain prevention plate are printed, the ink applied by the ink roller is not applied to the characters above and below the characters to be printed. However, when printing by stamping with a printing hammer, there is no need to worry about the upper and lower characters being printed all at once, and therefore,
By narrowing the distance between each type on the circumference of the type wheel, it becomes possible to form a large number of type on one type wheel.
In addition, it can also provide practical effects such as the ability to reduce the diameter of the type ring, and is particularly useful for printing machines configured to use a guide disk as shown in the figure to carry out the coating motion of the ink roller. Therefore, it is suitable for 洵.
