Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は多色刷りを行う手動型ラベル印刷貼付
機の印字器装置に関するものである。ラベルに印
刷される文字が商品型名・販売日付・価格等異種
の文字にわたる場合には、その種類別に色別け印
刷をした方が見易い。この色別け印刷のためには
複数個の印字器を用いて、各印字器毎に異色のイ
ンク・パツトを使用して色別け印刷を行う方法
と、1個の印字器のインク・パツトを複数個に区
切つて夫々異色のインクを含浸しておくものとが
あるが、製品コストの面から或いは貼付機全体の
重量面からも後者の方法が一般に用いられてい
る。この後者の方法によるラベル印刷貼付機の印
字器の従来の一般例を示せば第1及び2図に示す
如き構造のものである。第1図はその印字器装置
部のみの側面図、第2図はその印字器とロール型
インク・パツトのみの正面図である。印字器1は
印刷貼付作動操作(その作動機構は図示しない)
によつて揺動する揺動レバー2と一体固定とされ
ており、印刷作動操作によつて揺動レバー2が反
時計方向に揺動され、印字器11は下方に降下さ
せられる。印字器1の外枠3の上部には印字輪4
を装架して之を回転させる回転基体5を回転自在
に支承する支軸6が固定挾持され、下部には印字
輪4上に刻設された印字7の印刷すべき印字71
を印字輪4の最下面に水平に保持する台形軸8が
挾持される。上記回転基体5は印字輪4の数だけ
複数個具えられ、夫々該基体を回転させる回転さ
せる回転操作板9を一体に固定する。上記印字輪
4は上記回転基体5と台形軸8間に並列に装架さ
れる。即ち上記回転操作板9を回転させることに
よつて印字輪4が回転させられる。10はイン
ク・パツト装置で、個々に異色のインクを含浸さ
せた円筒形のインク・パツト11,12と、それ
らを隔てる円板形隔板13と、インクパツト1
1,12の両側の側板14と、該インク・パツト
11,12隔板13及び側板14を慣通する軸1
5とから成り、該軸15はインク・パツトアーム
16によつて回動自在に保持されている。該イン
ク・パツトアーム16は本体側板17に固定され
たステー18に設けられたピン19に回動自在取
付けられており、捩りばね20によつて時計方向
の回動力が与えられている。即ち図示の如く印字
器が上位にある通常位置ではインク・パツトは捩
りばね20により時計方向に回動されて印字71
の下面に当接して居り、貼付機の作動操作により
印字器1が下げられるとインク・パツトは捩りば
ね20に抗して反時計方向に回動させられて印字
71にインクを塗布しながら印字器外枠3の側面
(図では右側面)に当接するようになる。21は
本体側板17の尖端に取付けられた貼着ローラで
ある。
