導体レーザモジユールにおいて、前記先球集束性
ロツドレンズと前記光フアイバの間に反射率５０
％以下の反射板が光軸に対し反射面が斜めになる
様に配置され、反射光の方向にモニタ用の受光素
子が配置されたことを特徴とする半導体レーザモ
