- スパイラルのグルーブを加工した圧力発生部と
流体の流れを堰止める内周ランド部とを夫々熱膨
張率の異なる部材で形成し、同両部材を互に接合
して構成してなることを特徴とするスパイラルグ
ルーブスラスト軸受。
