Claims (1)
に内歯歯車が外周部ではめ込み支持され、所定の
回動角の回動可能に規制されており、上記電動機
の回転軸の軸端側に太陽歯車が形成され、この太
陽歯車と上記内歯歯車との間に複数の遊星歯車を
介在させ、この遊星歯車の公転を出力軸に伝え回
転させ、この出力軸に装着された押出し手段によ
りピニオンを押出し、このピニオンにより機関に
始動回転を伝えるようにした始動電動機において
、上記内歯歯車の外周部に円周方向に対し複数箇
所に設けられた収容溝、上記ブラケツトの内周部
に設けられ、上記各収容溝にそれぞれ入つており
、収容溝の両側壁面のうち、内歯歯車の受ける回
動方向側の側壁面に当接する複数の受止め突起、
上記各収容溝内に他方の側壁面と上記受止め突起
との間の円周方向の空所部に挿入されたゴム緩衝
体を備え、始動による衝撃をゴム緩衝体の圧縮に
より緩衝させるようにしたことを特徴とする遊星
歯車減速装置付始動電動機。 (2) 内歯歯車の回動規制手段は、内歯歯車の外
周部に設けられた規制突起と、ブラケツトの内周
部に設けられ、上記規制突起が入れられており、
上記内歯歯車の回動角を緩衝ゴムが許容圧縮量に
なる位置で上記規制突起を受止める受け溝とから
なる実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載の遊星歯
車減速装置付始動電動機。 (3) 内歯歯車の回動規制手段は、ブラケツトに
設けられた受止め突起を、半径方向の受止め辺部
と、この端部から収容溝の底に沿い円周方向に延
びる受止め辺部とにより形成し、始動時に緩衝ゴ
ムが許容圧縮量になる位置で、上記受止め辺部の
先端が上記収容溝の他方の側壁面に当接し受止め
られるようにしたことを特徴とする実用新案登録
