When working on loom work that leads to the equipment side, there is a work procedure in which the warp threads are inserted into the heald frame and reed before installing a new warp beam, in order to shorten the time for the work that leads to improved loom operating efficiency. Generally adopted. For example, as shown in FIG. 8, the warp beam 1, the heald frame 2 through which the warp threads T are passed, the reeds 3, or the dropper box 4 that accommodates the dropper for detecting warp thread breakage are placed around the warp beam 1. They are tied together with strings 5 on the surface,
The assembled warp beam 1, heald frame 2, reed 3, and dropper box 4 are placed on the floor or suspended as shown in the figure. In other words, by adopting such a work procedure, it is no longer necessary to tie the warp threads on the new warp beam side and the warp threads on the woven fabric side one by one on the warp path from the warp beam to the heddle frame on the loom.
Machine work can shorten work time.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) The tips of the warp threads T passed through the dropper box 4, heald frame 2, and reed 3 can be connected to the woven fabric by connecting the ends of the fabric that are cut in front of the reed. Generally, a method is adopted in which a plurality of incisions are made in the warp direction, and the tips of the warp threads T are tied together at an appropriate ratio to the plurality of woven fabric pieces thus formed. However, with this method, not only does it take a considerable amount of time to tie the warp threads and the pieces of woven fabric, but the warp tension must be balanced at each location in the weave width direction by tying them parallel to the weave width direction. This has the drawback that it is a task that requires extremely high skill.

In addition, since the joint by tying has an adverse effect such as the generation of wrinkles when winding the woven fabric, the operation of the mta is stopped before the woven fabric is wound around the cross roller, and the tying is performed at the joint by tying. This necessitates the troublesome process of excluding the looms, resulting in a decrease in the operating efficiency of the loom.

Structure of the Invention (Means for Solving the Problems) Therefore, in the present invention, the machine gear inserts the warp threads of the warp beam in the order of at least the heald frame and the reed, and A preparation method was adopted for the loom in which coarse cotton was put into the front end of the warp by the weaving means to form a coarsely woven fabric.

(Function) In other words, in the preparation stage before work, the loom forms a loosely woven cloth on the tip side of the warp threads passed through the reed.
The work of the loom is completed by attaching the warp beam and the threading member to the loom, and connecting the coarse woven fabric to the woven fabric side of the loom. The loose woven fabric can be easily connected to the woven fabric on the loom side by sewing, gluing, etc., and the warp side and the woven fabric side can be easily connected in a straight line. The warp tension balance setting is easily and appropriately performed.

The procedure for forming the coarse woven fabric W1 will be explained based on FIGS. 2 to 7. First, as shown in FIG. The warp beam 6 (hereinafter referred to as empty warp beam), dropper box 4, heald frame 2, and reed 3 are transported to the preparation room along with the woven fabric piece w2 on the tip side of the warp T1 by appropriate transfer means. It will be done. In FIG. 2, 7 is a bank roller for guiding the warp, 8 is a tension roller for applying tension, 9 is a press roller for taking off the woven fabric, 10 is a surface roller for taking off the woven fabric, 11 is a guide roller, 12 is a cross roller.

The loom was transported to the preparation room, and the empty warp beam 6 and the through members 2, 3.4 were attached to the weaving device as shown in FIG. The warp threads T1 of the empty warp beam 6 are cut and separated at the rear of the dropper box 4. In addition, 14 in the figure is a buff crawler for warp guide, 15 is a fabric take-up roller, and the other configuration of the weaving device is the same as that of the loom.

Subsequently, as shown in FIG. 4, the full warp beam 1 is attached to the weaving apparatus in place of the empty warp beam 6, and the warp threads T of the full warp beam 1 are tied to the cut ends of the warp threads T1 using a tying machine or the like. The books are tied together. In this state, the woven fabric V is wound up by a predetermined amount on the winding roller 13 side, and the knot K between the warp threads T and warp threads T1 is moved to the front of the weaving device as shown in FIG. From this state, the weaving device is operated to carry out rough weft insertion, and a coarse woven fabric W1 is formed as shown in FIG. Then, as shown in the figure, after appropriate parts of the coarse woven fabric W1 are cut, the full warp beam 1, dropper box 4, heddle frame 2, and reed 3 are removed from the weaving apparatus along with the coarse woven fabric W1, and the machine The work in progress is collected and stored in the preparation room as shown in Figure 1.

The coarse woven fabric W1 can be easily connected to the woven fabric W on the loom side by sewing, gluing, etc., and the warp T side and the woven fabric W side can be easily connected linearly. Therefore, the tension of the warp T at each location in the weaving width direction can be easily and appropriately balanced, and uneven weaving due to an imbalance in the warp tension in the weaving width direction does not occur.

The joint between the coarse woven fabric W1 and the woven fabric W is wound around the cross roller 12 as it is woven, but unlike the conventional knotted joint, the woven fabric W1 is wound around the cross roller 12 as it is weaved. There is no possibility that the connecting portion will have an adverse effect on the winding state, such as the occurrence of winding wrinkles, and the woven fabric can be wound smoothly. Therefore, the troublesome process of removing the joints, which was necessary in the conventional method of joining the warp yarns to the woven fabric side, is no longer necessary, and the loom can continue to operate from the state shown in Figure 7 without stopping. This improves the operating efficiency of the loom. Knots formed in the preparation room also have a negative effect on the winding condition of the woven fabric, and as shown in Fig.

Further, in the preparation room, the knot between the warp T of the full warp beam 1 and the warp TI of the empty warp beam 6 is passed through the warp threading members 2, 3.4. For example, there is the advantage that mistakes in tying can be discovered during the preparation stage.

The present invention is, of course, not limited to the above-mentioned embodiments. For example, before installing a warp beam in a textile machine in a mechanical V$ equipment room, the warp threads of the warp beam are passed through a dropper box, a heald frame, and a reed. After the warp beam and the warp threading member with the warp threads are attached to the weaving device and the warp threads are connected to the woven fabric on the take-up roller side, other rough woven fabric forming procedures such as rough weft insertion are also performed. It is possible. Further, in the present invention, it is also possible to exclude the dropper box from the warp threading member by employing an optical detection device as the warp cut detection means.

Effects of the Invention As described in detail above, the weaving process is a process in which, in the preparatory stage, a coarse woven cloth is formed at least on the tip side of the warp threads passed through warp members such as the heald frame and the reed. According to the method of preparing the loom of the invention, the loom can work efficiently and easily set the tension balance of the warp threads, and the loom can also prevent the loom from shutting down, which would later lead to a decrease in the operating efficiency of the loom. It also has the excellent effect of avoiding this.
