るものである。

る。しかし、緯糸が正常に緯入れされなかつた場
合には、この緯入れミスが緯糸検知装置により検
出され、織機の運転が停止される。ところが、織
機の構成上緯入れミスの緯糸がそのまま織布に打
込まれ、織布内に織り傷となつて残つてしまう。
そこで、この打込まれたミス糸を取除く必要があ
るが、この作業は機台駆動源に作動連結された前
記ドラム測長装置の作動連結部、すなわちクラツ
チを解除した後、機台を所定回逆転させ、前記ミ
ス糸を抜き取るという手順を要する。

6a内に緯入れされる。そして、筬打ち時に図面
の矢印方向に移動するスレイ4とともに緯入れ機
構を構成するメインノズル5が同図に鎖線で示す
位置まで移動し、メインノズル5から緯入れされ
た緯糸Yが筬打ちと同期して織布Wの織り前に打
込まれ、カツター7によつて切断される。筬打ち
後、スレイ4は再び同図に実線で示す緯入れ待機
位置に復帰する。

き、前記緯入れミスされた緯糸(以下、ミス糸と
いう)は織布Wに打込まれ、さらに次の緯糸が前
記案内通路6a内に緯入れされた状態となる。従
つて、前記ミス糸を織布Wから抜き取るため、機
台を逆転させなければならない。この場合、ドラ
ム測長装置1を逆転させないため、同装置1と機
台駆動源との作動連結部、すなわちクラツチを解
除しておく必要がある。この状態で機台を逆転さ
せると、測長装置1と機台との間に位相差が生じ
る。そこで、ドラム測長装置1側を正転させ、機
台の位相と一致させなければならない。

により測長装置1から引出される方向へ引張られ
ているため、前記係止ピンに確実に係止されてい
る。また、ドラム測長装置1側を正転させるに伴
い、前記突出状態にある係止ピンが出没した場合
にも、同係止ピンにより係止されていた緯糸は吸
引ノズル8により確実に引出され、測長装置1の
ドラム上にからみついてしまうおそれはない。

合、すなわち複数のドラム測長装置を使用する場
合にも本考案を具体化することができ、この場合
の効果は一層顕著となる。
