If the surface becomes water repellent due to contamination or water repellency due to the influence of wax applied to the car body, etc., even if the above-mentioned anti-fogging agent is applied by spraying etc., the surface will not have excellent anti-fog properties. A clear film cannot be formed and fogging cannot be prevented.

The present invention was achieved by discovering something that forms the following. That is, the present invention uses a polyhydric alcohol, an ethylene oxide-based nonionic surfactant, and a fluorine-based or sulfosuccinic acid dialkyl ester-based anionic surfactant in combination, which is dissolved in water or a mixture of water and alcohol to a desired concentration. If this is applied to the desired anti-sprouting surface using an appropriate method, its anti-fogging effect will be extremely good and it will not leave any stains on the applied surface. The polyhydric alcohols include ethylene glycol,
There are hydrophilic compounds such as propylene glycol, polyethylene glycol, and glycerin, and seven types or a mixture of one or more types can be used.

It can be packed in cans, bottles, plastic containers with a sprayer, or in pressurized containers with propellants to be used for the window glass of automobiles and other vehicles, the windshield plastic of helmets, the lenses of glasses and camera lenses, and the windows of houses and other buildings. When it is necessary to prevent fogging caused by condensation of water droplets on glass, greenhouse plastic films, glass, etc., it can be easily sprayed to prevent fogging. In particular, it can be treated with silicone and other chemicals to make it water repellent, such as on the windshield plastic of helmets. Excellent anti-ohm effect was demonstrated on water-repellent transparent plastic surfaces, glass, etc., which have water repellency, such as automobile window glass contaminated by scratches, etc.
