の内容量がバラつき、また口部のシール面が濡れ
てシールが不完全なものとなり、さらに充填液の
種類によつて泡立ちがはげしくて、いろいろなト
ラブルの原因となつた。そのため充填時の流速は
一定値以下に制限された。このような点から、液
体の充填を速かに行なうには、充填用のノズルの
本数を増やすか、ノズル先端の有効面積を大きく
することが考えられる。後者の場合、ノズルの先
端を容器内に差込んでノズルと液面の距離を小さ
くしておくが、容器の口部の形状が角形をなして
いる場合、ノズルの有効面積を大きくするには、
ノズルの先端の形状も角形にするのがよいのは明
らかである。

従来技術およびその問題点 上記のような観点から、液体充填装置のノズル
の先端部を角形にすることが望まれていたが、従
来、この種のノズルは、液体充填装置本体へのノ
ズルの螺着取付けおよびストレーナ保持筒の螺着
取付け等のために、一般に円筒状になされていた
(実開昭55−6206号公報参照)。また角形のものと
しては、液体容器に角筒状の取出し口を設けた構
造が知られていたが、この取出し口は容器に一体
に設けられたものであつて、螺着で取付けられた
ものではなく、ストレーナを備えたものでもなか
つた(実開昭49−74512号公報参照)。したがつて
上記2つの構造を単に組合わせただけでは、ノズ
ルの先端部にストレーナを簡単に取付けないし取
外すことはできなかつた。

で、その頂壁7の中央には円形透孔8があけら
れ、また頂壁7の下面9は下方に向つて大径とな
るテーパ面となされている。10は角形の外周面
を有する雌ねじ体で、その下部両側面にそれぞれ
水平に外方開口状の溝部11が形成されている。
また雌ねじ体10の下部内面は円周面となされて
いる。そして一対の溝部11に一対の内方突条3
が摺動嵌入されて、角筒体1に雌ねじ体10が取
付けられている。12は円筒状のノズル本体で、
下側に小さい外径の嵌入突縁13を有し、これの
上側にこれより大きい外径の中間部14を有し、
これの上側に雄ねじ部15を有する。嵌入突縁1
3の周面には環状溝16が形成され、同溝内にO
リング17が嵌入されている。そして嵌入突縁1
3が円形透孔8内に、中間部14が雌ねじ体10
