本発明は、ウイスキー等の壜の鍔口に注出ポンプを取り付けるために使用する注出ポンプ取付け用連結具に関する。

【従来の技術】
ウイスキー、ブランデー等の洋酒の壜であって、大型の壜体の場合には、その壜口に注出ポンプを取り付けて内容液を注出することが行われている。

この洋酒の壜の壜口には、ネジキャップが螺合組付けされるようにしたネジ口と、上端に外鍔が形成されており、コルク栓等で密栓するようにした鍔口とがあり、上記注出ポンプは、このうち、壜口の外径寸法が規定されているネジ口に取り付けるものが一般に使用されている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
これに対して、上記鍔口は、壜の種類や製造誤差により、外鍔の外径寸法が少しづつ異なるため、通常の注出ポンプを鍔口に取り付けることができないのが現状であった。

そこで、本発明はこのような問題点を解消すべく創案されたもので、壜体の鍔口における外鍔の外径寸法の違いに対応して、鍔口に注出ポンプを取り付けられるようにした注出ポンプ取付け用連結具を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記目的を達成するために、本発明は、壜体の鍔口に注出ポンプを取り付けるための連結具であって、注出ポンプを螺合組付けする螺合筒の下端に、前記鍔口上端の外鍔の外径と略同径の内径を有し、その外周面に複数の縦リブを突設すると共に、内周面下端に係合突条を周設し、かつ周方向複数箇所に切欠部を設けた係合筒を、連結壁を介して一体設した本体と、この本体の係合筒に外嵌する垂下壁の内周面に複数の縦リブを突設し、垂下壁の上端から内鍔状部分を連設した、前記係合筒および連結壁部分に被嵌される外嵌リング体と、から成る。

【作用】
本注出ポンプ取付用連結具は、本体の係合筒を壜体鍔口の外鍔に外嵌させることにより、鍔口に組付ける。その場合、係合筒には周方向複数個所に切欠部が設けてあるので、該係合筒は弾性変形により拡開しながら、係合突条が外鍔を乗り越えるため、係合筒と外鍔との係合組付けを容易に達成することができる。

また、係合筒外周面と外嵌リング体内周面との間には、それぞれに突設した縦リブを介して隙間が形成されているので、成形時の設定された壜体鍔口の外鍔の外径寸法に対して、実際に取付けられる外鍔の外径寸法が少し大きい場合でも、各縦リブが弾性変形してつぶれることにより係合筒が拡開し得るため、外鍔の外径寸法の少し大き目の寸法違いに対応することができる。

外嵌リング体は、鍔口に対する本体の組付きを強固にし、かつ安定させるものである。

鍔口に組付けられた本体の螺合筒には、注出ポンプの螺合筒が螺合組付けされて、壜体の内容液の注出に使用される。

以下、本発明の一実施例を、図面を参照しながら説明する。
本発明の注出ポンプ取付け用連結具1は、それぞれ合成樹脂材料から成形された本体2と外嵌リング体10とから構成されている。

本体2は、注出ポンプ20の螺合筒21内周面の螺条22に螺合する螺条4が外周面に刻設された螺合筒3の下端に、この螺合筒3よりも大径で、その周方向複数個所に切欠部7を設けた係合筒6を、連結壁5を介して一体設している。

この係合筒6の内面下端には、係合突条8が周設されていると共に、外周面には複数本の縦リブ9が突設されている。

外嵌リング体10は、上記係合筒6および連結壁5部分を被嵌すべく、上部が内方へ湾曲した断面形状に形成され、下部の垂直壁11の内周面には複数本の縦リブ12が突設されている。

上記構成の注出ポンプ取付け用連結具1は、本体2の係合筒6を壜体30の鍔口31に外嵌させて組付けると、本体2の係合筒6内に外鍔32が係合状態となり、また本体2の螺合筒3に注出ポンプ20の螺合筒21を螺合組付けして使用する(図2参照)。

【発明の効果】
本発明の注出ポンプ取付け用連結具によれば、以下に示す効果を奏する。
注出ポンプを螺合組付けできる本体の下部に、壜体鍔口の外鍔に係合する係合筒を一体設し、この係合筒の周方向複数個所に切欠部を設けると共に、該係合筒と外嵌リング体との間には、それぞれに設けた縦リブを介して隙間が形成されるので、係合筒は拡縮可能となり、これにより鍔口の外鍔の外径寸法の違いに対応して、該連結具を介して、注出ポンプを壜体鍔口に容易に取り付けることができる。

また、外嵌リング体を設けたことにより、壜体鍔口に対する本体の組付きを強固に、かつ安定して保持することができる。
