Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は、シートの上下方向の位置を調節する
リフト装置に関する。
この種シートにおいては、身長または着座者の
好み等により上下方向の位置を調節したいことが
多い。
本発明の目的は、シートを上下方向に任意にか
つ確実に調節できるシートのリフト装置を提供す
るもので、以下図面を参照して詳述するところよ
り明らかとなるであろう。
第１図ないし第５図は本発明の一実施例を示す
もので、この実施例のものは第１図に示されるご
とく、シートクツシヨンS1とシートバツクS2とを
含むシートＳ全体をその前後方向に移動させつつ
上下方向に移動させるようになつている。
前記シートＳのリフト装置は、第２図ないし第
５図に示されるように、シートクツシヨンフレー
ム１の前後方向の前方側の端部に設置されたリン
ク機構２と、シートクツシヨンフレーム１の前後
方向の後方向の端部に設置されたガイドレール９
と、これに嵌合されたスライダ１０と、シートク
ツシヨンフレーム１を上昇方向に付勢する手段で
あるコイルスプリング１４と、シートクツシヨン
フレーム１を上下方向の任意位置に固定するロツ
ク機構１５とを有して構成されている。
前記リンク機構２は、第３図に示されるごと
く、シートクツシヨンフレーム１の前端部側に互
いに対向配置されかつ床等の固定部材に固定さ
れ、あるいは前後スライド機構２６のアツパーレ
ール２８に固定された２個一組のブラケツト３
と、該ブラケツト３に支持された１本のシヤフト
４と、シートクツシヨンフレーム１の幅方向の内
側に配置されかつ一方の端部はシヤフト４に支持
され他方の端部はシートクツシヨンフレーム１の
前後方向の前方寄りの中間部に固定されたブラケ
ツト６にピン７で連結された２本一組のリンク５
とで構成され、両リンク５がシヤフト４を回転中
心として回動されるに伴い、シートクツシヨンフ
レーム１を前後方向に移動させつつ上下方向に移
動させうるようになつている。
なお、本実施例においては前後スライド機構２
６を有するシートＳにつき説明するが、このスラ
イド機構２６を有さないシートＳであつてもよ
い。
前記ガイドレール９は、第３図および第４図に
示されるように、２本一組とされ、シートをその
前後方向に位置調節するためのスライド機構２６
のアツパーレール２８の後端部の内側に配置され
ている。また、各ガイドレール９は前記アツパー
レール２８の後端部に固定されたブラケツト８
に、前方に向つて上り勾配に取り付けられてい
る。
前記スライダ１０は、第３図および第４図に示
されるように、２個一組とされ、各スライダ１０
は前記ガイドレール９に沿つて摺動しうるように
嵌合されている。さらに、各スライダ１０はその
後端部に固定されたブラケツト１１と、シートク
ツシヨンフレーム１の後端部に固定されたブラケ
ツト１２間に挿通されたピン１３を介してシート
クツシヨンフレーム１とヒンジ結合され、シート
クツシヨンフレーム１を前後方向にガイドしつつ
上下方向に移動させうるように担持している。
前記コイルスプリング１４は、第３図に明示さ
れるように、シートクツシヨンフレーム１の幅方
向の中央部に配置されていて、その一端部は前記
リンク機構２のシヤフト４に掛け止められ、他端
部はシートクツシヨンフレーム１の後端部に掛け
止められており、シートクツシヨンフレーム１を
上昇方向に付勢している。
前記ロツク機構１５は、第３図、第４図および
第５図に示されるように、前記各ガイドレール９
の内側部に長さ方向に等間隔を有して形成された
ロツク用溝１６と、該ロツク用溝１６に係合しう
る爪１８を有しかつピン１９を介してスライダ１
０に取り付けられた２個のロツク用レバー１７，
１７′と、各ロツク用レバー１７，１７′をロツク
方向に付勢するコイルスプリング２０と、ロツク
用レバー１７，１７′を連動させる連結用ワイヤ
２１と、シートクツシヨンフレーム１の幅方向の
一方の外側部の前端部側に固定されたブラケツト
２２に突設されたピン２３に取り付けられた操作
用レバー２４と、レリーズワイヤ２５を備えて構
成されている。そして、このロツク機構１５は通
常の状態ではロツク用レバー１７，１７′の爪１
８が選択されたロツク用溝１６に係合してロツク
状態を保持しており、操作用レバー２４を操作す
ることによりレリーズワイヤ２５を介して一方の
ロツクロツク用レバー１７が当該コイルスプリン
グ２０に抗してアンロツク方向に回動され、つい
で連結用ワイヤ２１を介して他方のロツク用レバ
ー１７′が当該コイルスプリング２０に抗してア
ンロツク方向に回動されてロツク用溝１６からロ
ツク用レバー１７，１７′の爪１８が外れるよう
に連係されている。
なお、第２図、第３図および第４図中、２７は
前記シートの前後方向のスライド機構２６のロア
レール、２８はアツパーレール、３０，３０′は
前記スライド機構２６のアツパーレール２８に取
り付けられたブラケツト２９に支持されかつ前記
ロアレール２７の外側部より突出して形成された
ロツク用歯列３１に嵌合しうる溝を有するロツク
用ロツド、３２は一方のロツク用ロツド３０にお
けるシートクツシヨンフレーム１の前方側に連設
されたハンドル、３３は前記ロツク用ロツド３
０，３１′を連動させるための連結用ワイヤ、３
４はシートクツシヨンフレーム１の後端部に設け
られたシートバツク取付板を示す。
前記実施例のシートのリフト装置は、次のよう
に作用する。
すなわち、第３図に示されるように、ロツク機
構１５の操作用レバー２４を矢印ａの方向に引く
と、レリーズワイヤ２５が矢印ｂの方向に引か
れ、一方のロツク用レバー１７が矢印ｃで示され
るアンロツク方向に回動され、連結用ワイヤ２１
が矢印ｄ方向に引かれ、他方のロツク用レバー１
７′が矢印ｅで示されるアンロツク方向に回動さ
れてロツクが解除される。
前述のごとくロツクが解除されると、コイルス
プリング１４が作用し、シートクツシヨンフレー
ム１が同第３図に矢印ｆで示されるように前方に
進出付勢され、これによりリンク機構２のリンク
５がシヤフト４を回転中心として矢印ｇ方向に回
動され、つれてスライダ１０が前方に向つて上り
勾配のガイドレール９に沿い、前方に移動しつつ
上昇方向に移動操作される。その結果、シートク
ツシヨンフレーム１は第２図に矢印ｈ，ｉで示さ
れかつ細線で示されるように、前方に移動しつつ
上昇操作される。
前記シートクツシヨンフレーム１の上昇後、ア
ンロツク状態で着座者がシートクツシヨンS1に体
重をかけ、あるいは手で押し下げ、シートクツシ
ヨンS1を任意の高さに調節したうえで、ロツク機
構１５の操作用レバー２４を放すと、ロツク用レ
バー１７，１７′の各コイルスプリング２０によ
りロツク用レバー１７，１７′がロツク方向に回
動され、ガイドレール９の内側部に形成されたロ
ツク用溝１６のうちの任意のものに、ロツク用レ
バー１７，１７′の爪１８が係合され、シートク
ツシヨンフレーム１がロツクされ、この実施例の
場合には、シートクツシヨンS1とシートバツクS2
とを含むシートＳ全体を任意の高さ位置に調節す
ることができる。
なお、本発明は図示実施例に限らず、次のよう
に構成することもできる。
(i) シートクツシヨンS1のみ上下方向に移動させ
うるようにしてもよい。
(ii) リンク機構２をシートクツシヨンフレーム１
の後端部側に、ガイドレール９とスライダ１０
とをシートクツシヨンフレーム１の前端部側に
設置してもよい。
(iii) ガイドレール９とスライダ１０とをシートク
ツシヨンフレーム１の幅方向の中央部に一組設
けてもよい。
〓 ロツク機構１５のロツク用レバーとロツク用
溝１６とをシートクツシヨンフレーム１の幅方
向の一方の側部にのみ設けてもよい。
(v) シートクツシヨンフレーム１を上昇方向に付
勢する手段は、図示のコイルスプリング１４に
代えて、リンク機構２のシヤフト４の端部の回
りにコイルスプリングを設け、このコイルスプ
リングによりシヤフト４を強制的に回転させる
ようにしてもよい。
(vi) ガイドレール９の勾配は任意に選定でき、し
かも上方に凸円弧に形成することにより、シー
トクツシヨンフレーム１を水平状態に保持しつ
つ移動させることも可能である。
以上が本発明にかかるシートのリフト装置の一
実施例の構成であるが、かかる構成によれば、シ
ートクツシヨンフレームの前後方向の一方の端部
側に配置されかつシートクツシヨンフレームを前
後方向に移動させつつ上下方向に移動させるリン
ク機構と、シートクツシヨンフレームの前後方向
の他方の端部側に設置されたガイドレールと、こ
れに嵌着されかつシートクツシヨンフレームをガ
イドレールに沿つて前後方向に移動させつつ上下
方向に移動させるスライダと、シートクツシヨン
フレームを上昇方向に付勢する手段と、シートク
ツシヨンフレームを上下方向の任意の位置に固定
するロツク機構とを備えているので、シートクツ
シヨンを着座者が身長または好みに合わせて任意
の高さ位置に、確実に調節できる効果がある。
なお、上述においては本発明の一実施例を示し
たに留まり、本発明の精神を脱することなしに
種々の変形、変更をなしうること明らかであろ
う。

Claims (1)

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 １ シートクツシヨンフレームの前後方向の一方
    の端部側に設置されかつシートクツシヨンフレー
    ムをその前後方向に移動させつつ上下方向に移動
    させるリンク機構と、シートクツシヨンフレーム
    の前後方向の他方の端部側に傾斜して設置された
    ガイドレールと、これに嵌合されかつシートクツ
    シヨンフレームの他方の端部を担持して前記ガイ
    ドレールの傾斜に沿いシートクツシヨンフレーム
    をその前後方向にガイドしつつ上下方向に移動さ
    せるスライダと、シートクツシヨンフレームを上
    昇方向に付勢する手段と、シートクツシヨンフレ
    ームを上下方向の任意位置に固定するロツク機構
    とを有し、前記リンク機構はシートクツシヨンフ
    レームの下方の床等の固定部材側に設けられたブ
    ラケツトとシートクツシヨンフレームの前後方向
    の中間部に設けられたブラケツトとの間に枢支さ
    れたリンクを備え、前記ガイドレールは前記リン
    ク機構のリンクが立上がる方向に回動した場合に
    前記ガイドレールと嵌合するスライダを上方向に
    移動させるように上り勾配に傾斜して前記固定部
    材側に固着され、前記ロツク機構は前記ガイドレ
    ールの長手方向に沿つて形成された複数のロツク
    用溝と、前記スライダにピンを介して回動自在に
    取り付けられたロツク用レバーと、該ロツク用レ
    バーに形成された爪と、該爪をロツク用溝に係合
    する方向に付勢するスプリングとを有し、前記ロ
    ツク用レバーの爪をシートクツシヨンフレームの
    外側部に設けられた操作用レバーの操作により、
    前記スプリング付勢に逆らう方向に回動させ、前
    記ロツク用溝と爪との係合を解除することにより
    ガイドレールとスライダとがアンロツク状態とな
    るように構成されていることを特徴とするシート
    のリフト装置。 ２ 前記リンク機構とガイドレールとスライダと
    ロツク機構とはシートクツシヨンフレームの幅方
    向の両側に設けられかつ両側の各部材は互いに同
    期連動するように連係されていることを特徴とす
    る特許請求の範囲第１項記載のシートのリフト装
    置。
