た環状セラミツク板を挟んでろう付され、電子管
の密閉容器の一部を形成している電子管のステム
において、 前記コバール封入皿と前記環状セラミツク板と
の間のそれぞれに、０．５mm以下の厚さを有する
環状コバール平板が挟まれてろう付けされている
ことを特徴とする電子管のステム。
