圧用弁座に離接自在に対向する減圧用の筒状弁の
基端部に、二次室側の圧力を感知して作動する感
圧板を離接自在に連繋して、その連繋部に逃し弁
を装設し、前記感圧板と弁箱との間に減圧用のバ
ネを介装し、前記筒状弁と感圧板との間に逃し弁
用のバネを介装せしめ、筒状弁の先端部には、弁
箱に係止して筒状弁の一次室からの脱出を阻止す
る係止部を設けた筒状弁式の減圧・逃し弁におい
て、前記感圧板と弁箱との間にその感圧板の二次
室側への動きを、それにより二次室側に動く筒状
弁の先端側に設けた係止部が弁箱に係止する前に
ストツプさせるストツパーを設け、弁箱にはそれ
の外面側に装設される操作部の操作により前記筒
状弁を二次室側に強制的に移動させる作動部材を
装設してなる筒状弁式の減圧・逃し弁における逃
