When lining a pipe, the lining material is crimped onto the inner surface of the pipe using an adhesive, and pressurized steam is sent through a hose that has many fine pinholes inserted into the lining material to line the pipe. Pressurized steam is leaked between the hose and the lining material, and the adhesive is heated and cured to adhere the lining material to the inner surface of the conduit. In this method, pressurized steam leaking from the hose condenses and accumulates within the lining material, which must be discharged. In this case, most of the water is pushed out and removed by passing a resilient object through the lining material, but the few water droplets adhering to the inner surface of the lining material cannot be completely removed.

The present invention was devised in view of the above circumstances, and after removing most of the water inside the pipe, the device of the present invention is passed through the pipe, and the inner surface of the pipe is lightly wiped with a fiber string. To provide a device that can completely wipe away water droplets adhering to the skin.

The present invention will be explained below with reference to the drawings. Fig. 1 shows the device of the present invention, and Fig. 2 shows the device in an expanded state. In Fig. 2, reference numeral 1 denotes a belt, and two sheets are superimposed on the front and back, and one end of a large number of fiber strings 2, 2... are inserted between them, and these fiber strings 2, 2... are firmly attached to the belt 1. is sewn on. This fiber string 2,2
...is made of water-absorbing fibers such as cotton. or,
Reference numeral 3 is a tow string sewn to one end of the belt 1, and numerals 4, 4, . . . are auxiliary tow strings sewn to the belt 1.

The belt 1 is then wound into a coil so that the one end thereof becomes the center, and fixed by an appropriate method so that the coil does not unravel. Then, as shown in FIG. 1, the fiber strings 2 protrude from one side of the coil and are expanded by the mutual elasticity of the fiber strings 2. Further, from the other side of the coil, a traction cord 3 protrudes from its center, and an auxiliary traction cord 4 protrudes from its periphery. 5 in Figure 1 is the tow string 3
and a ring string that holds together the auxiliary traction string 4.

FIG. 3 shows the state of use of the present invention, in which a string-like elongated object 7 is inserted into the tube 6, and the ring string 5 of the device 8 of the present invention is connected to the string through the connecting string 9. It is attached to a shaped elongated object 7. When the string-like long object 7 is pulled through the tube 6 (toward the left in the drawing), the instrument 8 pulls the string-like long object 7.
It is pulled into the tube 6 and advances inside the tube. At this time, the bundle of fiber strings 2 is compressed by being pressed against the inner surface of the tube 6, and moves through the tube while always being in contact with the inner surface of the tube 6. It is absorbed into 2.
Moreover, unlike a sponge or the like, since the inner surface of the tube 6 is wiped with a large number of fiber strings, the water once absorbed is not easily squeezed out, and the wiped water does not remain afterwards. Furthermore, by attaching a plurality of instruments to the string-like elongated object 7 and moving it forward, the water in the pipe can be removed more completely.

Since the device of the present invention has the above-mentioned structure, almost all parts are made of fibers, and there are no hard parts such as metal, so there is no risk of damaging the inner surface of the pipe, and it is suitable for use with pipes as described above. Even when used in lining work, the lining material that has been painstakingly pasted will not be damaged or peeled off. Furthermore, in conventional instruments of this kind, the instrument only moves from one end of the tube 6 to the other, so if there is some kind of obstacle in the middle of the tube 6, it cannot proceed any further. It is also impossible to move the string in the opposite direction, which often clogs the tube. However, in the device of the present invention, for example, in the example shown in FIG. By pulling from the fiber string, the bundle of fibers easily deforms and the coil portion moves to the right, allowing it to change direction and advance to the right. Therefore, if there is an obstruction in the tube that cannot be passed through, the instrument can be moved in the opposite direction and easily removed from the tube.

Furthermore, in the case of the above-mentioned pipe line lining, it is not possible to confirm from the outside whether the lining material is correctly pasted inside the pipe line. In such a case, by passing the device of the present invention through the pipe, the water in the pipe is removed, and at least a flow path sufficient for the device to pass through is secured within the pipe. This is also a great practical effect.

In the device of the present invention, it is sufficient to have only one traction cord at the center of the coil, but in order to prevent the coil from collapsing due to traction force and to prevent excessive force from acting on the traction cord 3, It is recommended to provide multiple auxiliary traction cords as shown in the figure.
