Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 極低温下におかれるスキツド素子及びピツ
    クアツプコイルを含む超伝導磁力計において、 超伝導材からなる中心線と、この中心線から絶
    縁され、かつこの中心線を囲む超伝導材からなる
    同軸筒材とで構成される接続線を備え、この接続
    線でスキツド素子とピツクアツプコイルを接続す
    るようにしたことを特徴とするスキツド素子とピ
    ツクアツプコイルの接続機構。 (2) 前記接続線は、前記中心線と同軸筒材間に
    低温モールド材を充填したものである実用新案登
    録請求の範囲第１項記載のスキツド素子とピツク
    アツプコイルの接続機構。
