(1) First and second structures having cylindrical recesses formed at least on the tip sides protruding between the buildings built next to each other with their tips separated by a predetermined distance in a 3=1 state. A gap between a fixed wall plate and the first and second fixed wall plates that are movable in the front and rear and left and right directions and whose both ends are inserted a predetermined amount into the recesses of the first and second fixed wall plates. Since it is composed of a movable wall plate that covers the movable wall plate and a support device that can support the movable wall plate so that it can respond to each movement even when the building shakes in the front and back and left and right directions, the first and second The fixed wall plates move back and forth and left and right respectively. therefore,
Even if each building were to move forward, backward, left or right due to an earthquake, etc., it would be able to withstand the movement without breaking.

(2) According to (1) above, after a building is destroyed by an earthquake, etc.
Even if it shakes in the R6 direction, it can withstand the movement without breaking, so even if it is used as a side wall of a passageway for shelter between buildings such as buildings built next to each other, it will not be able to withstand earthquakes like conventional ones. It never breaks. Therefore, unlike in the past, the passageway will not break and become unusable in the event of an emergency. (3) Due to (1) above, the
