As a result, the IfI inventor discovered that when painting a tile base with a single color paint,
It was discovered that by expressing shading by the size of halftone dots of painted paint, and firing the obtained tile base, a tile with clearly expressed shading of the same color can be obtained, and based on this knowledge, the present invention was completed. reached.

The first step of creating a shade-separated block, the second step of creating a shade positive, and the third step of creating a composite positive are the same as in the embodiment using the screen paint. The difference between this example and the example using screen paint is that in the fourth step, a painted plate for each similar color is created from an intaglio plate, and in the fifth step, a painted plate made of the intaglio plate is created. Use a single color paint that corresponds to the painting plate to paint the tile base in one printing (-times transfer), and when there are multiple similar colors,
The point is to complete the painting work by painting in multiple colors using painting plates of similar colors. An example of a method for creating a painted plate made of intaglio is to apply a photosensitizer to a mirror-finished plate material, bring a synthetic positive into close contact with the dried surface of the photosensitizer, and then
The print is developed. Next, the uncured photosensitizer is washed away, and after drying, the photosensitizer is cured by heating if necessary, and a painted layer made of an intaglio is obtained through a corrosion process.
