つ底面一側部にツマミ13を形成している。前記
ツマミ13は中空状となし、前記デカンタ5の上
面開口部に臨む排出孔18を形成するとともに前
記下ケース11の内部と連通している。14は前
記下ケース11内に着脱されるフイルターで、全
体を上面開口の筒形状となし底面略中央に前記突
出部12を周囲から覆う円筒部15を立ち上がり
形成し且つ該円筒部15の上端面を前記突出部1
2よりも低く形成するとともにこの円筒部15は
図示されている如くめくら部とする。前記フイル
ター14の底面と側面とは網目状となし、所々に
補強用の桟16を設けている。17は前記下ケー
ス11の上面部に着脱される円筒形状の上ケース
で、底面には複数個の透孔19…を穿設した篩板
20を設け、上面開口部には吸入孔21を穿設し
た覆板22を着脱せしめている。前記篩板20の
中央を少許上方へ膨出せしめて膨出部23を形成
して、この中心に挿通孔24を穿設するとともに
この挿通孔24の周囲に複数個の係止孔25を穿
設している。26は前記上ケース17の下面に係
脱される拡散桶で、円形の集水部27と該集水部
27から放射状に延設した4本の散水部28と、
略L字状の取付部29とから構成されている。前
記集水部27には円筒状の取付円筒部30を形成
するとともに該取付円筒部30の上端に前記係止
孔25と係合関係を成す係止爪31を4個形成し
ている。前記散水部28には散水孔32を穿設し
ている。前記取付円筒部30は貫通孔33を形成
している。34は前記上ケース17内に回転自在
に配設されるカツターで、その取付基部35は前
記係止孔25の配設位置よりも大きく形成し且つ
前記取付基部35に垂直方向に連設した長尺状の
上部継手36が前記膨出部23に回転自在に取り
付けられている。前記下部継手10と上部継手3
6とは係脱自在で、この両者で連結部材37を形
成している。前記下ケース11の上端縁には前記
拡散樋26の取付部29を逃がすための切欠部3
