タにより駆動されてコーヒー豆を粉砕するカツタ
と粉砕されたコーヒー粉を前記下部ケースに落下
せしめる金属製篩板を備える上部ケースと、前記
機体に設けられた水タンクから導いた水を加熱し
て前記下部ケースに給湯する加熱装置とから成
り、前記篩板は絞り加工にて有底筒状に形成し、
且つ底面にはコーヒー粉を篩う透孔を穿設すると
ともに、この底面周囲には前記透孔に向つて傾斜
した傾斜面部を形成したことを特徴とするコーヒ
ー沸し器。
