に伝達されるように、前記マスターシリンダ3と
前記ホイールシリンダ5,6とを流体連通路15
,16を介して連結すると共に、外部アクチユエ
ータ9によつて折点設定部材41が駆動されるこ
とにより制動配分線の折点圧力が任意に設定可能
に構成された折点設定可変式プロポーシヨニング
バルブ4を前記マスターシリンダ3と前記後輪ブ
レーキ用ホイールシリンダ6との間に配設し、さ
らに、後輪車軸17に加わる荷重を検出する荷重
センサ7を設けると共に、該荷重センサ7により
検出された後輪車軸荷重に応じた前記折点設定可
変式プロポーシヨニングバルブ4の最適折点圧力
値を演算するコントロールユニツト8を設け、該
コントロールユニツト8の演算結果に基づいて前
記外部アクチユエータ9を制御して前記折点設定
可変式プロポーシヨニングバルブ4の折点圧力値
を後輪車軸荷重に見合つた最適値になるように制
御してなる車両用制動装置において、 車両の加減速度を検出する加速度センサ13を
設けると共に、該加速度センサ13により車両に
急激な加減速度が作用したことが検出されたとき
に、前記折点設定可変式プロポーシヨニングバル
ブ4の折点圧力値が車両に急激な加減速度が作用
する直前の値に保持されるように制御する機能を
