Abstract

PURPOSE:To remove a marking with an aq. removing liquid without allowing a pigment-component to remain in the fine recesses of a substrate surface after use by marking the substrate surface having no liquid absorptivity with a water swellable strippable color paint and using such substrate. CONSTITUTION:The substrate surface having no liquid absorptivity is subjected to marking with the water swellable strippable color paint. For example, a paint prepd. by compounding various raw materials such as titanium oxide with a strippable resin liquid consisting of an acrylic copolymer resin, water and surface active agent is used for the water swellable strippable color paint. More specifically, the water swellable strippable color paint is used as the marking agent, the marking film does not elute and merely swells even if the film is wet with rain, etc. The marking is thus indelible. The marking film is cleanly stripped away without allowing the pigment-component to remain in the fine recesses of the substrate surface in the stage of removing the marking with the aq. removing liquid after use.

グを除去する際に顔料骨が基板表面の微細凹部に残存す
ることなく、きれいにマーキング膜を剥離除去出来る。
