が他方に設けられたフツクに係止されることによ
り、蓋体部と受皿部が鎖止され、外部に設けられ
たフツクに連動している操作部材によりフツクを
移動させることにより前記鎖止が解除され蓋体部
と受皿部が開くように構成したことを特徴とする
