Claims

[Scope of Claim for Utility Model Registration] A tray box that is provided with multi-tiered tray mounting steps on the inside of opposing sides, each of which is formed into a plurality of trays for storing discs, etc. A substantially triangular ratchet pawl is formed on one side of the tray to be inserted into the disc player to lock the notches at both end corners of the tray inserted into the tray mounting step. A substantially seat-shaped locking member having a locking piece is rotatably pivoted at its center, and a biasing means such as a leaf spring is interposed between the one side portion and the locking member. The locking member is provided with a restoring force by mounting the locking member, and a lid body that covers the locking member from the outside is attached to the one side, and an end portion of the locking member is attached to the lid body. A hole is formed through which a pressing member for pressing the tray is inserted, and when the inclined surface of the locking piece is pressed by the end of the tray, the locking member automatically rotates around the center. The moved and pressed locking piece retreats, allowing the tray to be inserted into the tray box, and when the tray is stored in the tray box, the locking member automatically returns to its original horizontal position. Only when the urging means returns and the notches at both ends of the tray are locked by the locking pieces, and either end of the locking member is pressed by the pusher member, the locking pieces are activated.
