う熱交換器において、シエル内に設置された円環
状の給水入口リングヘツダーに上記伝熱内管の下
端を接続させ、蒸気出口リングヘツダーに上記伝
熱内管の上端を接続させ、蒸気出口リングヘツダ
ーの周囲を取り囲むジヤケツトリングヘツダーに
上記伝熱外管を接続させると共に、上記伝熱内管
と外管との間に形成されている検出用空間をジヤ
ケツトリングヘツダーと蒸気出口リングヘツダー
との間に画成された漏洩ガス室に連通させたこと
