- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 一方の端面が固定されている第１の光フアイバ
部材と、 前記第１の光フアイバ部材の固定された端面と
間隙を介して対向するように一方の端面が配置さ
れており、かつ所定の質量とするための重りが取
付けられている第２の光フアイバ部材と、 前記第１の光フアイバ部材と第２の光フアイバ
部材とを連結するように取付けられており、かつ
第２の光フアイバ部材に働く加速度によつて生じ
る力に応じて第１の光フアイバ部材と第２の光フ
アイバ部材の端面間の間隙の幅が変化するよう弾
性変形する弾性部材とを備える、加速度計。
