Claims (1)
- 水平に回転可能なデイスクと、このデイスクと
一緒に回転するスライス刃と、このスライス刃の
下方で、前記デイスク内に形成され前記スライス
刃の形状とほぼ対応する形状を有する開口部とを
備え、前記ブレード刃はデイスクの中心から半径
方向に延在すると共に、スライスする厚さと等し
い距離をおいてデイスク上方に載置されるよう構
成したキツチン器具例えば食物加工装置用スライ
スユニツトにおいて、前記開口部は前記デイスク
の円周部を貫通して延在したことを特徴とするキ
ツチン器具用スライスユニツト。
