れ、通電時には交流電源にて負荷を駆動し、非通
電時には充電式の電源にて負荷を駆動するように
負荷の駆動用電源を切り替えるリレー回路と、絶
縁トランスの出力側とリレー回路との間に直列的
に介挿され、交流電源の投入によるリレー回路へ
の通電開始から前記切替動作が終了するまでの所
定時間閉成されるスイツチ要素と、スイツチ要素
の開離時には絶縁トランスの出力側からリレー回
路への通電電流をリレー回路の保持に必要な一定
電流に制限する定電流回路とを有して成ることを
