DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION [Object of the invention] (Industrial field of application) The present invention relates to an electrophotographic copying machine, particularly a selenium-doped, selenium-arsenic, selenium-antimony, selenium-tellurium, iodine-doped copying machine. The present invention relates to an aqueous printing ink composition for preventing copying by an electrophotographic copying machine using a selenium-based photoreceptor such as selenium-arsenic-antimony or a phthalocyanine-based photoreceptor.

(Prior art) Electrophotographic copying machines have become increasingly popular in recent years, but
Along with this, it has become a problem that confidential documents can be leaked or banknotes, securities, etc. can be easily forged or altered.

In order to eliminate these harmful effects, there are two methods: 1. Using a component that is transparent to visible light and colored by the light of a copying machine 2. For example, impregnation with leuco bodies, photochromic substances, etc., or coating compositions containing these substances. The following methods are known: 1. Using metamery (conditional color matching) effect, and 2. Using fluorescent dye. However, leuco bodies, fluorescent dyes, etc. have the disadvantage of poor weather resistance and deteriorate over time, and even if other methods are used, it is impossible to completely copy normal printed matter that is printed in dark colors on white paper. No system had been developed that could prevent it.

In order to improve these drawbacks, a method has been proposed in which copying is prevented by using offset ink in which a pigment is dispersed in an oil-based binder to perform offset printing in the form of a tint pattern.

However, since this method uses an oil-based binder, it is difficult to write on printed documents or paper coated with this anti-copying method with writing instruments such as pencils, oil-based writing inks, water-based writing inks, and especially water-based writing inks. Even if you tried to write something like this, the problem was that the characters would break off and you wouldn't be able to write them properly.

Solid printing or appropriate pattern printing is performed on the entire surface or part, and furthermore, characters, figures, etc. are printed as necessary. There are no particular limitations on the printing method of the water-based printing ink composition for preventing copying of the present invention, and gravure printing, flexographic printing, roll coating, etc. are possible, but gravure printing is used, which allows printing and film thickness to be adjusted at a depth of 9 plates. The method is convenient.
