(Prior Art) Electrophotographic copying machines have become more and more popular in recent years, but with this comes the disadvantage that confidential documents can be leaked, and banknotes and securities can be easily forged or altered. I'm getting used to it.

In order to eliminate these harmful effects, methods using components that are transparent to visible light and develop color when exposed to light from a copying machine, such as impregnation with leuco bodies, photochromic substances, etc., or coatings containing these substances, are recommended. A method of applying a composition, a method of utilizing a metamery effect, a method of using a fluorescent dye, etc. are known. However, leuco bodies, fluorescent dyes, etc. have the disadvantage of poor weather resistance and deteriorate over time, and even if other methods are used, it is impossible to completely copy normal printed matter that is printed in dark colors on white paper. No system had been developed that could prevent it.

However, since this method uses an oil-based binder, it is difficult to write on printed documents or paper coated with this anti-copying method with writing instruments such as pencils, oil-based writing inks, water-based writing inks, and especially water-based writing inks. Even when I tried to write something like this, the problem was that I couldn't write properly because the letters would break off when I flicked them.

(Means for Solving the Problems) The present invention comprises a pigment having a maximum absorption wavelength in the range of 500 to 700 nm, an aqueous binder, and an inorganic filler selected from silica, magnesium carbonate, calcium carbonate, barium sulfate, and clay. This is an aqueous printing ink composition for preventing copying, which is a printing ink comprising an agent, and can be printed on a substrate with the ink and written on with a writing ink.

In the present invention, examples of pigments having a maximum absorption wavelength in the range of 500 to 700 nm include organic pigments such as soluble azo, insoluble azo, phthalocyanine blue, monoazo, and polyazo, and iron oxide, which have a maximum absorption wavelength in the range of 500 to 700 nm. However, if the printed or written characters on a document are black, it is recommended to use pigments or pigment mixtures with a vermilion, red, or brown hue in order to make the original easier to read. It is preferable to select.

In the present invention, water-based adhesives include water-soluble ones, water-dispersible ones, and so-called hydrosol-type ones in between, but there are some problems in terms of pigment dispersibility, transferability to paper, and printability. It is preferable to use a hydrosol type. These binders include natural resins such as silica and casein, rosin-modified maleic resins,
(meth)acrylic acid ester-(meth)acrylic acid copolymer resin or alkali neutralized product thereof, styrene-(meth)acrylic acid copolymer resin or alkali neutralized product thereof, styrene-maleic acid copolymer resin or these There are also alkaline neutralized products.

In the present invention, an inorganic filler is further used in order to further improve the writing properties of writing implements such as pencils, oil-based writing inks, and water-based writing inks, especially of water-based writing inks. As such inorganic fillers, silica, magnesium carbonate, calcium carbonate, barium sulfate, clay, etc. can be used.
From the viewpoint of writability, it is preferable to use silica which is porous and has high water permeability.

The water-based printing ink composition for preventing copying of the present invention can be used to print solid or appropriate patterns on the entire surface or part of a base material such as paper, plastic, aluminum foil, etc., which has or has not been printed or written with characters or figures, using the water-based printing ink composition for preventing copying of the present invention. It is printed in a shape, and if necessary, characters and
Printing of figures, etc. is performed. The printing method according to the composition of the water-based printing ink for preventing copying of the present invention is not particularly limited, and gravure printing, flexographic printing, roll coating, etc. are possible, but methods using gravure printing, in which the printing film thickness can be adjusted by plate depth, are possible. is convenient.
