【特許請求の範囲】 1)トレイ等の被切断物を1枚の発泡合成樹脂製のシー
ト面に升目状に連成してなる被切断成形品シートを個々
の成形品に分離するための分離装置において、 本体には、前記被切断成形品シートを積段状態にして載
置すべく大きさに設定した基台を設け、該基台の一端に
は他端へ向けて移動可能とした押圧部を駆動源に関係づ
けて設け、基台の他端の手前には押圧部の移動方向と直
交方向における被切断成形品シートにおける先端の被切
断成形品列よりも手前の被切断成形品列を上方より押圧
する押圧部をシリンダーに関係づけて設け、 基台他端には、閉止時において前記基台他端の手前の押
圧部で押圧される被切断成形品列に隣接する先端の被切
断成形品列を外装するロ字型フレームを設け、 該ロ字型フレームには上下内面に前記先端の被切断成形
品列を挾持するための支持部を上下相対向して、それぞ
れ上下動可能とすべくシリンダー等の駆動手段に関係づ
けるとともに、上下支持部は、基台から被切断成形品列
の先端が通過可能な大きさ並びに位置になるように該支
持部間の最大間隔を設定して取付け、 前記ロ字型フレームの一辺適所には、該フレームが基台
対向側へ向けて一定角度回動可能となるよう、駆動機構
を関係づけた回動軸を設け、ロ字型フレームの基台対向
側には当接板を、ロ字型フレームの閉止時には該上下内
面の支持部によって先端の被切断成形品列を挟持したと
きに、該被切断成形品列の先端面が当接しうるかもしく
は近接する位置であって、少なくとも前記ロ字型フレー
ムが回動時にはロ字型フレームの回動範囲から回避しう
るように設けてなり、 もって積段状態とした被切断成形品シートに対し、先端
の被切断成形品列を挾持した前記フレームを、該フレー
ムの一辺を回動軸として基台対向側へ回動させ、先端の
被切断成形品列を引っ張り力で切断分離してなる発泡合
成樹脂成形品の分離装置。
