Then, the left and right frames 9A, 9B equipped with a pair of front and rear rollers 8A, 8B guided by the rails are fitted along the left and right sides, and the front frame 10 equipped with an opening/closing handle 10A is fitted along the front edge. Furthermore, a heat ray reflective film 11 is attached to the back surface of the transparent plate 7, as shown in FIG. As shown in Figure 4, this film has a base layer 11A made of a transparent polyester sheet, etc., and is vapor-deposited on the inner side of this base layer, transmitting most of visible light and reflecting most of heat rays (infrared rays). , a reflective layer 11B mainly composed of silver or titanium oxide that blocks most of the ultraviolet rays, a transparent protective layer 11C that protects this reflective layer from moisture in the refrigerator interior 6, and a surface of the base layer on the outside of the refrigerator. It has a selective transmission/reflection function consisting of a glue layer 11D made of transparent acrylic glue, etc., and reflects most of the heat rays that try to pass through the transparent plate 7 toward the outside of the refrigerator, thereby freezing the interior 6 of the refrigerator. It is used for the purpose of preventing an increase in load and maintaining the surface temperature of the transparent plate 7 at a temperature higher than the dew point to prevent dew condensation on the surface.

が生じた。 This heat ray reflective film is generally sold in a roll wrapped around a core material, and when pasting it on a flat transparent plate, the roll film is stretched using an automatic stretching device. An automatic pasting method is used in which the cut to a predetermined width is pasted on a transparent plate carried by a conveyor, but the above-mentioned curved corner 7A
The use of this method for attaching the transparent plate 7 to the transparent plate 7 not only causes wrinkles in the film, which deteriorates the heat ray reflection function, but also has the fatal disadvantage of impairing the see-through effect.

た。 Therefore, the inventor of the present application sprayed water on the back surface of the transparent plate 7 using a spray method to make the back surface wet, and then applied a heat ray reflective film 11 having an area slightly smaller than the area of the back surface to the peripheral end surface of the back surface. A spatula whose pressing part is made of a slightly elastic material such as rubber is pressed from above the film and moved from the center of the film in each direction shown by the arrows in FIG. While stretching, remove the water between the film 11 and the transparent plate 7,
A method of attaching the glue layer 11D to the transparent plate 7 was tried.

生じた。 In such a pasting method, since the area of the film 11 is made smaller than the area of the back surface of the transparent plate 7, it is possible to effectively drain water from flat parts such as the top wall 7B and front wall 7C, and also to remove water from the flat parts. There are advantages such as no peeling of the peripheral edges of the opposing films 11, and the exposed part of the back surface and the peripheral edges of the film can be sealed with an oil-based varnish such as Polyurex (trade name) after draining. What was done was that the extension work was done with a spatula at corner 7A shown in Figures 3 and 4.
A disadvantage is that peeling parts 12 are often formed at both ends of the film 11 facing the transparent plate 7, and at the same time gaps 13 are also formed between the film 11 and the transparent plate 7. As shown by the chain line, there was also a defect that a blister 14 remained at the corner 7A.

A substantially transparent heat-reflecting film having an appropriate number of inward notches formed at opposing ends is prepared, and after one side of the transparent plate is wetted with water, the peripheral edge of this side is exposed. A heat ray reflective film is layered on top of the other, and this film is stretched from above to remove water between the transparent plate and the film, and an adhesive layer is attached to the transparent plate to create a transparent plate.
