Abstract

A strip (20) for use in glazing windows is composed of plastics material and is triangular in cross-section, having a pair of right angularly related sides (22, 23) coated with layers of pressure sensitive adhesive (30) and covered with peelable, protective layers (38) of waxed paper. Cut lengths of the strip with the wax paper removed, are manipulated into position with mitered corners to install a pane in the rabbets of a window frame. The strip has a durable skinned surface (24) to be exposed to the exterior. The sides (22, 23) are concave and of differing width. The plastics material may be foamed or of tubular cross-section. <IMAGE>
