られている第2の吸気通路とを、それぞれエンジ
ン燃焼室に接続し、前記第1の吸気通路に燃料噴
射弁を設けた複吸気弁エンジンにおいて、前記第
2の吸気通路内の前記吸気制御弁下流側に排気ガ
ス還流路を排気還流ガス弁を介して開口させ、か
つ前記排気還流ガス弁の開弁タイミングを前記燃
料噴射弁の燃料噴射タイミングより早めることを
