[Background of the Invention] In rolling equipment, rolling oil is used for cooling and lubricating the rolls of the rolling mill and the objects to be rolled. During rolling operations, oil becomes oil mist, which deteriorates the surrounding environment. In addition, the amount of oil mist scattered is enormous, and
Rolling oil is wasted. Therefore, it is desired to efficiently suck this oil mist from around the rolling mill and to recover and reuse the sucked oil mist. Conventionally, in order to prevent environmental deterioration, an open hood was placed above the rolling mill, and the oil mist sucked together with air from the open hood was collected by a mist collector installed in the middle of the exhaust duct, and the oil mist was removed. The purified air is released into the atmosphere.

FIG. 1 is an explanatory diagram of a rolling equipment to which the present invention is applied, and FIG. 2 is a sectional view taken along line 1--2 in FIG. 1. The rolling equipment shown in the figure has five rolling mills arranged in series, and the first four rolling mills 12 are equipped with a work roller 14 and a pressure roller 16, and use the same type of rolling oil. 14A is the spindle of the work roll 14, 14B is the gear box, 14C
is the motor. The final rolling mill 18 includes work rolls 14,
It is equipped with a pressure roll 16 and an intermediate roll 20, and uses a different type of rolling oil from the four rolling mills 12. The steel plate 22 is rolled by the rolling mill 12.18 and finally wound onto a carrousel reel 23. Reference numerals 24 and 25 denote oil pans, and rolling oil stored in this oil pan is pumped up by an oil pump (not shown) and injected to the rolling mills 12 and 18. The surroundings of the rolling mill 12, 18 and the carousel reel 22 are divided and isolated from the outside atmosphere by a chamber. That is, it includes a chamber 26 that commonly accommodates the first four rolling mills 12, a chamber 28 that accommodates the rolling mill 18, and a chamber 30 that surrounds the carousel reel 22. The chamber 26 and the chamber 28 are separated by a partition plate 36, and as shown in FIG. 2, both chambers 26 and 28 are separated from the outside by at least a side plate 32 that can be opened and closed, at least a part of the operation surface side. The chamber 26.28 hermetically surrounds the rolling mill 12.18 on the sides and above, and is open on the lower side of the side plate 32 as an air intake. The chamber 30 has a shape similar to an open hood. Further, three air suction ports 44 are connected to the ceiling surface 42 of the chamber 26 at appropriate locations, and each air suction port 44 is connected to a duct 46 of the first system. The suction port 44 is the duct 46
A damper 48 is provided at a position connected to the damper 48, and the amount of air sucked is adjusted by the damper 48, and a part of the oil mist in the sucked air is transferred to the damper 48.
It collides with and liquefies. The bottom surface of the duct 46 has a wave-shaped inclined surface with a small slope, and the oil mist liquefied by colliding with the damper and the oil mist liquefied while passing through the duct are collected in the concave portion 50 of the duct 46. A small-diameter pipe line 52 is connected to each of the recesses 50, and one end of each pipe line 52 is connected to the oil pan 24. Therefore, the oil mist liquefied in the duct 46 is collected from the concave portion 50 on the bottom of the duct through the conduit 52 to the oil pan 24 and reused. Further, a first system primary mist collector 54 is provided on the downstream side of the duct 46, and most of the oil mist is collected by this primary mist collector 54. The collected oil mist is collected in the oil pan 24 via the pipe 56 and reused. Air suction ports 58 and 60 are connected to the chambers 28 and 30 in the same manner as described above, and communicate with the duct 62 of the second system. The oil mist liquefied in this duct 62 and the oil mist collected by a second system primary mist collector 64 provided at the rear of the duct pass through a pipe line 66.
It is collected in the oil pan 25 and reused.
