一方のトランジスタのベースと他方のトランジス
タのエミツターコレクタが接続され、上記直流電
源部の負極と上記負荷の−電源入力端子との間に
は、上記一方のトランジスタのエミツターコレク
タと他方のトランジスタのベースが接続されると
ともに、上記直流電源部の正極もしくは負極のい
ずれか一方に開閉スイツチを接続してなることを
