Claims

While the donut material is being conveyed by the first conveying means, the lower half of the donut material is fried in oil, and then after being turned approximately 90 degrees, the remaining half of the donut material is being fried in oil while being conveyed by the second conveying means. In the donut making machine, the donut material is rotatably provided between the first and second conveying means, and receives the donut material conveyed by the first conveying means and inverts it approximately 90 degrees. A reversing blade is provided swingably between the reversing blade and the second conveying means, is oscillated in synchronization with the rotation of the reversing blade, and is moved by the reversing blade at the upper limit position. A receiver for receiving the donut material to be inverted, and a receiver rotatably provided above the receiver to receive the donut material from now on when the receiver moves from the upper limit position to the lower limit position or after reaching the lower limit position.
