〈産業上の利用分腎〉
本発明は車輌用の自動変速機その他に用いられるスプリ

〈従来の技術及びその問題点〉
車輌用の自動変速機には、環状プレートの片面に互いに

としては、例えば特公昭56−47419号公報にて示
される様に、環状プレートの片面に突出部を打扱き加工
等で形成し、該突出部にスプリングの一端を嵌込み、突
出部を拡開する事でスプリングを取付けた如き構造のも

本発明では上述の問題を解決し、強度が大なるスプリン

ものであり、その要旨は線状あるいは環状を呈する細幅
帯状体より成る金属プレートに、適宜間隔を保ってその
径が装入されるスプリングの装入端側の外径よりはや−
大きめのスプリング装入穴と、該スプリング装入穴に連
通し同装入穴の外周方向に張り出す如き張り出し穴を所
要個貫設し、その一端装入側が他の部分よりは小径とさ
れたスプリングの一端を上記スプリング装入穴内に装入
した後、金属プレートの側方より押圧かしめ処理をなし
スプリングを固定することを特徴とするスプリング組立

事なく、目的とするスプリング組立体の形状に応じ、直
線状あるいは屈曲線状等各種の形状の物を採用する事が

る工程から始まる。この張り出し穴(3)は後のかしめ
処理工程に於いて、かしめが容易、かつ十分に行なえる
が為に設けるものであり、第2図の(イ)、(ロ)、(
ハ)、(ニ)に示す様にスプリング装入穴(2)を中心
にしてその外周方向に1個あるいは2個以上設けられる

〈発明の効果〉

設けているが為に、押圧かしめ処理の際にその張り出し
穴は小さな押圧力で変形可能であり、その為にスプリン
グ装入穴の変形も容易となり、結果的に小さな押圧力に
よって十分に強固なかしめ接合をなす事が出来るもので
