より接合し、第一、第二の両フランジの間に挾持
したシール材によつて第一、第二の両管の間の気
密、液密を保持する、フランジを用いた管接続部
に於いて、上記第一の管の端部を第一のフランジ
よりも少しだけ突出させてこの突出部分に、閉鎖
環状のシール材を外嵌し、第二の管の端部に一部
をこの第二の管の端縁よりも突出させた状態で固
定した第二のフランジの内周縁の第二の管と反対
側開口部に、上記シール材と整合し、このシール
材の外径よりも小さくこの外径の二分の一よりも
大きい高さを有し、幅がこのシール材の自由状態
に於ける幅よりも少しだけ大きな、断面Ｌ字形の
段部を形成した事を特徴とするフランジを用いた
