本考案はバスタブや洗面器をワンルームに納め
たサニタリーユニツトの構造に関するものであ

ンスをするわけであるが、ユニツト内のため点検
口をあまり大きくとれないと共に狭い空間での作
業のため非常にしずらいという欠点があつた。

本考案サニタリーユニツトは箱状のユニツト壁

うに構成することにより従来例の欠点を解決した

設けてあつて、入浴時の接触をやわらげたり、入
浴時の目線の圧迫感を少なくしてある。洗面器３
とバスタブ２の巾狭部側とユニツト壁体Ａとの間
には空間部７を有し、この空間部７にはバスや洗
面用の給排水管が収納される他、必要に応じて温
風機が収納される。この際洗面器３とバスタブ２
が積層構造となつているので給排水の処理がまと
めてやりやすい。空間部７に対応してユニツト壁
体Ａにはユニツト外より点検するための点検口８
を設けてある。このようにしてあるとユニツト外
の室内側から点検が行なえるためメンテナンスが
非常に容易である。上記のように本考案サニタリ
ーユニツトが構成され、入浴時は洗面器３の下方
に脚を入れて入浴できて洗面器３があつても従来
と変わらない広さのバスタブとして使用でき、ま
た洗面器３は洗い場４及びバスタブ２内から使用
