Claims (1)
- レーザダイオードのバイアス電流を、抵抗によ
つて生じる電位差として検出し、前記電位差を所
定の直流増幅器により直流増幅して得られる出力
電圧をモニタ出力とするバイアス電流モニタ回路
において、前記直流増幅器の出力段に、ダイオー
ドクランプ回路ならびにオフセツト電圧調整機能
を含む演算増幅器を付加し、前記演算増幅器によ
り直流増幅して得られる出力電圧を前記モニタ出
力とすることを特徴とするレーザダイオードのバ
イアス電流モニタ回路。
