考案の目的
a 産業上の利用分野
本考案は糖衣ドロツプの構造に関する。
b 従来の技術
ツバキ科植物抽出物が天然消臭剤として効果
がよいことが知られている{文献名フレグラン
スジヤーナルNo.35(1979)p.76}そしてツバキ
科植物抽出物たる果実抽出物を、含有した口臭
除去菓子(特開昭59−66839)があり、またツ
バキ科植物またはクスノキ科植物の生葉もしく
はその乾燥物のアルコール系有機溶媒、水また
はそれらの混合溶媒による熱抽出物を有効成分
として含有する消臭、脱臭剤として特公昭58−
18098に係る発明がある。
c 考案が解決しようとする問題点
上記従来例は何れも口臭除去を含め消臭と脱
臭のみを目的とする発明であり、美容と保健を
兼備したものではない。また果実抽出物は、吸
湿性を有し、キヤンデーなどに混入すると飴が
滲潤し好ましくない。
考案の構成
a 問題点を解決するための手段
口臭除去のための基剤として天然クロロフイ
ル果実抽出物及びlメントールを、美容と保健
のための基剤としてウーロン茶エキス、ハトム
ギ胚芽油、小麦胚芽油、ハトムギエキス及び甘
草エキスをそれぞれ混分し、これら消臭と美容
及び保健に有効な成分を水飴、グラニユ糖、蜂
密、還元麦芽糖水飴を基剤とする飴に混入して
固形飴とし、その固形飴に糖衣ドロツプを積層
した糖衣ドロツプであり、吸湿し易い固形飴を
糖衣によつて外気と遮断したものである。
b 作用及び実施例
本考案の実施例は以下の通りである。
1 消臭用基剤として
天然クロロフイル 2.4g
果実抽出物 800.0g
l−メントール 110.0g
2 美容、保健用基剤として
ウーロン茶エキス 60.0g
ハトムギ胚芽油 60.0g
小麦胚芽油 60.0g
ハトムギエキス 50.0g
ハーブエキス 240.0g
甘草エキス 10.0g
3 着色剤として
ステレオンNo.1(天然色素) 40.0g
4 飴用基剤として
水飴 20.000g
グラニユ糖 24.000g
蜂密 1.000g
還元麦芽糖水飴 4.000g
1及び2の消臭、美容及び保健に有効な成分
及び3の着色剤と4の飴用基剤とにより37.000
粒(50Kg強)の固形飴1に形成する。
5 糖衣として
天然桂皮油 75c.c.
l−メントール 60.0g
ハツカ油 45c.c.
ハーブエキス 100c.c.
ステレオンNo.1 20g
グラニユー糖 43Kg
を用い、グラニユー糖層2を他の各成分即ち天
然桂皮油、l−メントール、ハツカ油、ハーブ
エキスでサンドイツチする積層構造となるよう
に順次に掛けて糖衣3を形成し、ステレオンNo.
1で最上層を淡緑色に着色するのである。従つ
て製品ドロツプ1粒の重量は2.25gである。ま
たウーロン茶エキスは中国産ウーロン茶より抽
出し、天然クロロフイルはムラサキ科コンフリ
ー(ヒレハリ草)より抽出し、ハトムギ胚芽油
はハトムギより抽出し小麦胚芽油は小麦の胚芽
より抽出し、ハトムギエキスはハトムギの胚芽
より抽出し、ハーブエキスはアニス、イラクサ
等の薬用高原植物より抽出し、甘草エキスは甘
草より抽出し、また果実抽出物はバラ科の梅の
果実より抽出し、または柑橘類の果実より抽出
したものである。
考案の効果
本考案による悪臭の吸着効果は以下の通りであ
る。
1 供試品 本考案に係る糖衣ドロツプ
2 試験目的 ジアリルジスルフイドを用いて供
試品の吸着効果試験を行なう。
3 試験概要
供試品を水に溶解した液について、ニンニク
臭の成分であるジアリルジスルフイドを用い、
水を対照として吸着効果を試験した。
4 試験結果

このように本考案によればニンニクを食した後
での口臭が果実抽出物、天然クロロフイル、l−
メントールの各成分によつて著しく脱臭、消臭さ
れるのであり、ニンニク食用後の口臭や、酒、タ
バコを摂取した後の口臭を有効に脱臭、消臭する
のである。またウーロン茶エキス、ハトムギ胚芽
油、小麦胚芽油、ハトムギエキス及びハーブエキ
スの各成分は美容と保健に有効であり、肥満体に
なり易い肉食をウーロン茶エキスの摂取により肥
満を心配することなく楽しむことができ、而して
ウーロン茶はタンニン類をエステル化してマスキ
ング効果を生じまた壮快なl−メントールの味と
香りが眠気の防止に効果がある。更に吸湿し易い
固形飴1は糖衣3によつて被われているため滲潤
せず長期にわたつて変質しない。このように天然
クロロフイルと果実抽出物による脱臭、消臭効果
とウーロン茶によるマスキング効果が相乗して悪
臭を除去する。また本考案は製造は容易で然も安
価な人前でのエチケツト保持に好適な有用考案で
