Claims (1)
- 吸気通路の拡大部を形成するサージタンク内を
サージタンク長手方向に延びる隔壁によつて並列
に２室に仕切るとともに、上記隔壁に両室を連通
または連通遮断する開閉弁を設け、エンジンの運
転状態に応じて上記開閉弁を開閉制御して吸気弁
開時期のオーバラツプする複数の各気筒に接続さ
れる吸気通路の合流点を変化させるようにした多
気筒エンジンの吸気装置において、上記サージタ
ンクの外壁から上記隔壁の一部を切り欠いてハウ
ジング装着部を形成する一方、上記サージタンク
内の両室を連通するための弁口を有するとともに
、該弁口を開閉する開閉弁が組み付けられ、上記
弁口および開閉弁が上記隔壁の長手方向を長軸と
する長円状に形成されたハウジングを設け、該ハ
ウジングをサージタンクの外方から上記ハウジン
グ装着部に装着することにより、ハウジングでも
つて上記切り欠いたサージタンクの外壁および隔
壁を構成してサージタンクに開閉弁を取り付ける
ようにしたことを特徴とする多気筒エンジンの吸
気装置。
