Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 電磁石により被支持体を非接触浮上させて支
持する磁気軸受において、 前記電磁石の少なくとも両側近傍に設けられ前
記被支持体とのギヤツプを検出する変位計と、変
位計からの信号を取り入れてギヤツプの平均値を
算出する平均値演算器と、平均値演算器からの信
号により前記ギヤツプを一定とするように電磁石
への入力電流を制御する制御器とを備えてなるこ
とを特徴とする磁気軸受装置。 ２ 前記被支持体が回転子であり、前記電磁石が
回転子の軸線方向に設けられている実用新案登録
請求の範囲第１項記載の磁気軸受装置。 ３ 前記被支持体が平面上の継鉄からなる磁気浮
