Abstract

PURPOSE:To make it possible to incinerate pulper refuses in an ordinary solid incinerator by dehydrating pulper refuses and screen refuses of a corrugated carboard original sheet manufacturing factory and causing them to burn by adding thereto wastes including a fuel. CONSTITUTION:When clay including oil refuses is burnt, it is initially bulky. However, with the progress of incineration it is broken and powdery bodies accumulate. Then, clearances between powders are narrow and the amount of incoming or outgoing air is small and hence the clay is difficult to burn. Since pulper refuses and screen refuses contain moisture by 80%, and hence these refuses are difficult to burn spontaneously if they remain as they are. When dehydrated pulper refuses are charged into an incinerator evaporation and drying of the water content are firstly started and after reduction of the water content, the pulper refuses are ignited. When both refuses are charged in the same incinerator, the pulper refuses and screen refuses have large voids, and air freely enters and leaves the voids. Since powdery clay is mixed with pulper and screen refuses, powdery oil-containing clay become easy to contact air, and thus combustion of the oil content proceeds. Accordingly, the pulper and screen refuses easily burn in an ordinary solid incinerator. Fire tube and water tube boilers are attached to the incinerator thereby to enable combustion heat to be recovered as steam.

[Detailed Description of the Invention] At a factory that manufactures cooling grit for corrugated poles, waste corrugated boxes, old paperboard boxes, and magazine collection pulpers are used to crush them, and high-quality fibers are reused as raw material for corrugated paperboard, but pulper slag is a by-product. ,
There were foreign objects such as vinyl, rubber tape, and metal staples in the screen residue, and we had asked a waste disposal company to dispose of these with a disposal fee, but as the number of rejected rats increased, there was no place to dispose of them, and we had to move far away. The country has been forced to deal with the earthquake, and the transportation folds have become high, causing difficulties. Some cardboard paper! The R manufacturer is planning measures to dispose of it by incineration.

When white clay containing soapstock is incinerated, it initially appears in lumps, but as the incineration progresses, it crumbles into powder.

When powder accumulates, the gaps between the particles are narrow and there is little air in and out, which is necessary for combustion, so it burns.

For this reason, powder and granular materials generally have the disadvantage that they can only be incinerated in a rotary kiln or a fluidized fluidized incinerator.

That is, it is necessary to supply heat such as hot air from the combustion section to the charging section, and then it is necessary to design a combustion furnace with a mechanism in which the pulper slag with reduced moisture moves to the combustion section and burns it.

Pulper slag, screen slag, and oil-impregnated slag clay have different technical difficulties when incinerated, and therefore are difficult to burn in commonly used relatively inexpensive incinerators. However, the inventor came up with the idea that if these two materials were put into the same incinerator, they would be able to burn more easily while compensating for their disadvantages.

In other words, pulper slag and screen slag do not ignite in the incinerator input section due to moisture content, but the moisture evaporates, which requires heat absorption.
When the oil reaches the ignition point of 00 to 500 degrees Celsius, the oil evaporates, ignites, and burns, producing combustion heat.

This combustion heat is used to release moisture from the pulper slag and screen slag in the input section, and therefore combustion of the pulper slag and screen slag near the input section starts.

However, as the combustion progresses, oil-impregnated slag clay becomes powdery and air tends to mix with it, but pulper slag and screen slag have a small bulk specific gravity and a high porosity, so air can freely enter and exit the pores. Since the powdered white clay is mixed with the pulper slag and the screen slag, the powdered oil-containing white clay easily comes into contact with air, and the combustion of oil proceeds.

When the two are mixed together and incinerated in this manner, the mixture is relatively easily burned even in a normal solid matter incinerator. Such an incinerator can be equipped with a smoke tube and water tube boiler to recover the combustion heat as steam i).

It is difficult to install a boiler in a rotary kill/fluidized incinerator that is generally used to incinerate powder and granular materials, but in the incineration method of this patent, the heat of incineration of pulper slag, screen slag, and oil-impregnated slag clay can be used in a boiler. It is possible to recover it as steam.
