と、上記第１シリンダ内へ、ピストン１３を上下
動自在にかつ上方へ付勢させて嵌合させると共に
、該ピストンから吐出パイプ１８を起立させて該
パイプ上端にノズル１９を付設させた作動部材１
２とからなり、上記第１シリンダ底壁の中央部を
上方へ帽状に起立させてプランジヤ１０を形成さ
せると共に、上記ピストン中央部を上方へ帽状に
起立させて上記プランジヤが出入する第２シリン
ダ１６に形成させて、該第２シリンダ内を第２加
圧室１６ａにかつ上記第１シリンダ内を第１加圧
室８ａとなし、又プランジヤ上面に上端を開口さ
せて上記容器体内へ吸上げパイプ１１を垂設させ
ると共に、ピストン１３下面に上記吐出パイプ１
８下端を開口させ、上記作動部材が上限にある状
態で上記第１加圧室８ａと第２加圧室１６ａとを
