から測定して積算し、該積算値に補正定数を乗じ
て満タン状態からの燃料使用量を算出する燃料使
用量算出手段と、燃料タンクの容量から前記燃料
使用量を減算して燃料タンク内の燃料残量を算出
する燃料残量算出手段と、燃料タンクの所定の深
さ位置に装着された燃料液面検出手段と、燃料量
の満タン状態から燃料液面が前記所定深さ位置ま
で低下した時までの燃料使用量を理論値と比較し
て前記補正定数を修正する手段とを設けたことを
特徴とする自動車用燃料計。 (2) 燃料液面検出手段は、燃料タンクの底部近
傍に設けられ、燃料残量が小量であることを検出
する機能を兼有することを特徴とする実用新案登
