Claims (1)
- ベツド上にＹ軸方向に移動自在なキヤリツジベ
ースを設け、該キヤリツジベース上にワークテー
ブルを前記キヤリツジベースと一体的に移動可能
に支承配設すると共に、該キヤリツジベース上を
Ｘ軸方向に移動自在なキヤリツジを前記キヤリツ
ジベース上に重設し、該キヤリツジの一側にワー
ククランプを備え、更に前記ベツド上に立設され
たコラムの上部からアームを前記ワークテーブル
上方に延設し、該アーム先端に上下動可能なプロ
ーブを設けて板状体の外径、孔等の寸法、位置等
を測定することを特徴とする二次元測定装置。
