そのため包装機の機高を低くすることが可能となり1機
材の節約、価格の低減が可能になり、且つ機高が低いの
で操作取扱いも容易となり、その効果は大きい。

付け筒状成形される筒状フィルムの重合部をヒートシー
ルして縦シーラーの下にあるエア噴出ノズルより噴出す
るエアによりヒートシールされた重合部を急冷して下方
の一対の送りロールに送り、上記送りロールを回転伝導
機構に取りつけて一定の長さ下方に送りだすもので、接
触する上記送りロールの一方の軸受を移動させて開離で
きるようにした移動機構を設けることを特徴とする製袋
充填包装機の縦シーラー送り装置。

In a bag making, filling and packaging machine that fills and seals the film, a pair of vertical sealers are attached to the opening/closing mechanism below the former and in front of the guide cylinder to prevent the overlapping part of the cylindrical film being formed into a cylinder. The overlapping portion is heat-sealed and then heat-sealed by air jetted from an air jet nozzle located below the vertical sealer. The overlapping portion is then rapidly cooled and sent to a pair of feed rolls below. A vertical sealer feeding device for a bag-forming-fill-sealing machine, characterized in that the vertical sealer feeding device is provided with a moving mechanism capable of moving and separating one bearing of the feeding rolls that are in contact with each other.
