【考案の詳細な説明】
本考案は走行フイルムをレザー刃によつて走行
方向に切断する場合、フイルムのしわや、走行中
のフイルムの揺動により起りがちなカツト端部の
不揃いを防止し、きれいな端部と後工程での不揃

走行フイルムをレザー刃によつて走行方向に切
断する事は、テンター等により延伸製膜したフイ
ルム端部(いわゆる耳部)の処理又は広幅のフイ
ルムを所定幅にスリツトする場合に多く用いられ
る。ところが、切断に供与されるフイルムは幅方
向の物性差に起因したり、スリツト前後の設備の
変動に起因してレザー刃直前に走行フイルムにし
わが入つたり張力の不均一の為にフイルムがばた
ついたりしてカツト端部がノツチ状に不揃いにな
り後工程での破断や品質不良を起したりしてい
た。本考案はレザー刃の極めて近接した両側でフ
イルムをニツプすることにより、刃部でのフイル
ムの動きを抑制し、フイルムのしわやばたつきに

アクチユエータ等によりニツプ作用を与えられる
が本考案のニツプ手段は公知であるから図中では
省略している。ニツプロールB5のスリツト間に
はレザー刃ホルダー8により保持されるレザー刃

からなり、かつ該レザー刃の走行フイルムを切
断する刃の位置が未使用の部分となるように該
レザー刃を移動可能となした合成樹脂フイルム
の切断装置。 (2) 1対のニツプロールの少くとも一方の周速度
をフイルムの走行速度と等速度となるように駆
動し得ることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の
範囲第1項記載の合成樹脂フイルムの切断装
置。 (3) ニツプロールの一方又は両方がゴムライニン
グされてなる実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項又
